I didn’t like how my body felt, or what I saw in the mirror (let’s face it, we are all slightly vain!)
Grumbling, complaining, beating yourself up about it are all fruitless.

I’ll help to hold you accountable to your goals, and that one single, seemingly small action, of committing to a schedule for your betterment drives many different changes in your body & mind. Thus, willpower is born!
However, it is vital that you take full responsibility in making the change. Sure, I will help you in your fitness journey, but in the end you are the one who is going to make it happen. You need to want this change badly enough to make it your personal mission—no one else will do it for you.
