I came to Lisa after spending months of just cardio workouts and massively restrictive diets, I was miserable.

All packages are personalised to every client and so prices may vary.

I believe everyone should have the opportunity to get fitter and healthier, so we can discuss which services you require and a frequency that suits you on your consultation call. You can pay per session or per month, whatever works best for you.

Face to face sessions are 1 hour. Online sessions are 45 minutes.

Absolutely NOT! Our primary focus will be moving your body and getting you healthy, but I can also give you nutrition advice rooted in facts to help you create a healthier you.

I want to make small changes for long term results.

Of course you can. Times are offered on a first come, first served basis but we’ll work to find a time that suits you.

One hour workout is 4% of your day! Next excuse please ? 

No, I’m afraid not. Think of this as a lifestyle change and not a race to get ripped or give up. That’s not how I work. However, will you feel the difference having started your journey with me? That’s a YES!

It’s about having someone on your side helping you reach your goals, having some accountability and someone who will push you to be your personal best. That’s why I want to work with anyone that has the desire to change.

The call will last approximately 20 minutes per week but if we need longer please don’t stress.
