Everyone is different so for the first two sessions it will be about getting to know you and what your fitness goals are and how you can achieve them.
You will receive a 12 week program designed just for you to complete in your gym or at home it can be adapted to either.
We will have a weekly check in to discuss your progress, challenges and anything else that comes up that you feel is holding you back.
Remember this is about being your personal best!
I started training with Lisa almost a year ago. The impact on my fitness and wellbeing has been amazing. I am feeling much stronger and am also 2 stone lighter. I have also learnt to love exercise again. My weekly sessions are focussed and fun. Lisa also sets a tailored fitness programme for home which helps keep me focussed during the week.
