Trying to lose weight can be a miserable experience and I believe that to be the case for many who have tried and failed. I’m here to help you set realistic goals and get to those goals! You may have to be restrictive in your diet and put effort into your exercise regime but I will be there to support and encourage you.
It’s time to take a look at it differently. It’s a long journey and much more of a marathon than a sprint. I believe that anyone’s goals can be achieved if you have these 3 things;

I’m not going to tell you in six weeks you’re going to lose x amount of kilos. We are going to make small changes for a longer period of time so we are creating change and NOT a fixed diet which has an end date. I want to give you the knowledge and tools to help you achieve sustainable results!

By changing just a few things and understanding your body and eating habits, you can start to make small changes which lead to big differences. You will see the effect of the consistency and most importantly you will feel the change.

What I offer Everyone is different so for the first two sessions it will be about getting to know you and what your fitness goals are and how you can achieve them. You will receive a 12 week program designed just for you to complete in your gym or at home it can be adapted to either. We will have a weekly check in to discuss your progress, challenges and anything else that comes up that you feel is holding you back. Remember this is about being your personal best! 1-2-1 Training – Sub service, section dedicated on Personal Training page I can offer one to one training sessions either in the comfort of your own home or garden I have also offer any other suitable location in local parks or greens
