Consistency
If you have committed to training four times a week, then don’t overexert yourself and smash out six training sessions. You’ll be sore, exhausted and must take five days off because you’re unable to train. Keep to the plan because consistency is key!
Correct Form
With any exercise, it’s vital that you are using the correct form if you want to see positive results. In addition to this, if you’re using weights of any kind in your training, it’s so important that your body is in the right position, or you’re more likely to injure yourself.
