About Me

I trained as a chef and took on my first job in my youth and with that came a lot of partying which was another sport I was also very good at. In my youth, I didn’t particularly enjoy the gym but that was because I didn’t really know what I was doing.

I have experienced exactly the same issues that many of my clients have issues with. I was the sort of person who would roll up, spend five minutes on a treadmill, lift a few things then go to the pub. Not really ideal is it?

I decided that enough was enough. I booked a personal trainer and actually started to enjoy it. I started to focus on myself and much more importantly, I felt great.

HEALTH IS WEALTH​

I have always been interested in sports. From a very young age, I was always playing sports, whether that was football, cricket, athletics with the boys or generally just smashing a ball with my older brother.

I found after a few years, cricket was the sport for me, I went from playing the village Sunday cricket to playing for Sussex at the age of 11. I went on in my cricket career and reached the top, wearing the three lions and playing for my country at the age of 19. It really was a dream come true for me and I’d never been prouder than this achievement.

I have a mixed background so it doesn’t matter what your lifestyle was or is now, you can always make that small step to change and if you don’t believe you can do it, I want to work with you!
